Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Airow Inc. ("Airow", "we", "us"), the maker of Dolodex. By creating an account, joining the beta or using the app, you accept these terms. If you are using Dolodex for an employer, you confirm you may accept on their behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use Dolodex.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload contact data you have no right to store or process.
- Use Dolodex for unsolicited bulk messaging or harassment.
- Reverse engineer, resell or scrape the service.
- Interfere with the security or availability of the service.
4. Your content
Contacts, notes, photos, receipts and recordings you add remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate Dolodex for you, including sending it to our AI processing providers to generate briefs and summaries. We do not sell your content or use it to advertise to you.
5. AI output
Briefs, summaries and suggested follow-ups are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review AI output before you rely on it for a business decision or send it to a customer.
6. Beta software
During the private beta, Dolodex is provided as is. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and we may limit usage or accounts while we scale.
7. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using Dolodex and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we are required to do so by law. You can export your data before closing your account.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Airow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
