Who we are

Dolodex is built and operated by Airow Inc., a Canadian company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and plan.
• Content you add: contacts, business card photos, notes, voice memos, receipts, events and pipeline stages.
• Usage data: basic app and device information used to fix bugs and improve performance.
• Waitlist signups: your email address, plus the referring page and browser string, so we can contact you about the beta.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service: storing your contacts, generating AI briefs and summaries, sending reminders, producing event reports and supporting you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your contacts for advertising.

AI processing

To read business cards and write briefs, the relevant text and images are sent to our AI processing providers. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your content to train their own models.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run Dolodex, such as hosting, database, email and AI processing partners, and with an integration like HubSpot when you explicitly connect it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service. Shared workspace content is visible to the members of that workspace.

Retention

We keep your content while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your content within 30 days, apart from backups and records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from the app, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to file a complaint with your privacy regulator.
